Taking advantage of the perfect weather earlier this week I rode to Lithgow via the Bells Line

 of Road and then on to Portland.

On arrival the silo art didn't look all that impressive from a distance but that opinion soon changed

as I approached the silos and the detail became more apparent. 

The art work is a real credit to the artist Guido Van Helten and a fitting tribute to all former employees.
